Problem when Zoning into Grenth's Footprints
This has been happening for quite some time. Everytime I zone into Grenth's Footprints, I'll automatically log off or the game freezes up. I thought it only happened to one of my chars, but I tested out with my other ones and they get the same results. Zoning into other explorable areas/posts/towns is all fine, but only Grenth's Footprints is having a major problem. Has anyone else been getting the same problem?

yeah, I have had the same problem for a while. For me it just freezes the screen for about 5-10 seconds, then loads properly. It happens every time I walk out of the war camp. At first I thought it might just be lag from all the people farming there, but I don't think there would be lag at 4AM. I was thinking that maybe it could have something to do with loading sorrows furnace, since that is the zone that connects to it, but again, just a theory. I would appreciate anyone else's input on this.

If you have the free SF Direct Song pack installed that's what's causing the slight lag as you exit War Camp and enter into Sorrows Furnace. It does it on my system too, but only for less than a second though.
I can't say if it's the cause of the OP's crashing, but it's definately that that's causing the slight lag. Perhaps the OP should check to see if the DS package is somehow corrupt and is the behind the problem.

Ahh, thanks. I do have directsong. Seems a little strange that it takes so long to load. Maybe caus my sound card sucks. Thanks for your help though Azagoth.

Thanks, Azagoth!
It was the music from Directsong that caused me to logout and freeze up. When I deleted the music from the files and then zone into GF, everything went well. Thanks again!

Yeah, I had the same problem too. Its kinda of stange that my SF music pack still works but my GWFCE music doesn't work anymore. I have no idea what is messed up with the CE music. I guess I should contact the support at DS for info and support. I'm just wondering if other people are having the same problem too.
